Ingredients
- 2 T cumin
- 2 T coriander
- 1 T smoked paprika
- 1 T turmeric
- 1 ½ tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- ½ tsp allspice
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ¼ tsp cayenne (or more, if you like spice)
Instructions
- Blend all of the spices very well and store in an airtight container. For best results use within four weeks.
